Online Services

The application for vehicle registration for a parking permit, payment or challenge of a citation and account review can all be completed online via E-Park. Please use the links to the right. A NetID is required to access the Parking database to register for a parking permit. The NetID ensures that permits are only assigned to active students at the time they register for classes with the University, current faculty & staff.

Members of the MSU community with an account at Parking Services can pay for outstanding citations online through the use of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please be assured that the server is secure and that your privacy will be maintained. Note that students, faculty and staff with unpaid citations are not eligible for parking privileges for the next academic year until all outstanding citations have been paid in full.

Vistors to campus who do not have a NetID may pay/challenge their citation by entering either the citation number or their licsence plate number.
