Fleet Services is a full service maintenance department that offers the following services for University-owned vehicles and equipment.
All employees who operate University-owned vehicles are required to read and comply with the Fleet Services Policy for Operating University-Owned Vehicles.
Before operating a University-owned vehicle, you must complete the Pre-Trip Inspection Form.
We offer the following services to University departments:
- Vehicle Maintenance
- To report an issue with a University-owned vehicle, you can contact Fleet Services at the email/phone number above, or enter a Work Request online by logging in with your MSU NetID and password.
- Fueling for University-owned vehicles
- Accidents & Insurance
- In the event that you are involved in an accident/incident, either on or off campus, while operating University-owned vehicle(s) or equipment, please follow the Accident Reporting Procedures and complete the appropriate forms provided by Risk Management.
