Alexandra McGinley

Biography

Alexandra McGinley is a Compliance Coordinator in the Office of Research Compliance at Montclair State University. In this role, she supports the operations of the IRB and other regulatory committees (IACUC and IBC). Her responsibilities include reviewing IRB protocol submissions, coordinating meetings and communications, maintaining regulatory records, and supporting educational outreach through workshops and training. Alexandra earned her B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University and her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology from Montclair State University. Before entering the field of research compliance, she gained experience in human subjects research as a student and lab assistant, and developed skills in system optimization and data management through her work in I/O consulting.
