Carrie Laset

Biography

Carrie Laset is a part-time Compliance Coordinator in the Department of Research Compliance.  She supports the operational needs of the office, which includes supporting the IACUC, IBC and IRB.  In this role, she handles correspondence, coordinates receipt and processing of research proposals, schedules meetings, follows-up on IACUC, IBC and IRB requests from principal investigators, and provides customer service to students, faculty and departments conducting Research.  Carrie earned her B.A. in Elementary and Special Needs Education from Boston College.  She worked as a teacher before changing course into the research compliance community and served as IACUC Coordinator at New York University.
