Biography
It's my great pleasure to be a keyboard instructor, working with the recording arts majors at MSU. Private lessons with me are always tailored to the individual, considering each student's skill level and interests. We make sure to cover the fundamentals of music, including sight-reading, technique, and music theory. Repertoire from classical to jazz to rock and fusion is used as a vehicle for learning these fundamentals. My goal is for every student to develop a basic proficiency on the keyboard, and to introduce them to new repertoire, while also studying the music they are already excited about.
