Biography
Paulette Gando-Dueñas is an Adjunct Faculty member in the Communication Studies program at Montclair State University, where she teaches Fundamentals of Speech. She is passionate about helping students build confidence, find their voice, and communicate with clarity and purpose.
In addition to her teaching, Paulette serves as a Recruitment and Enrollment Coordinator within the Feliciano School of Business, where she supports prospective and current graduate students through the admissions and enrollment process. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience that helps students feel confident as they begin their academic journey.
Her approach to both teaching and student support is rooted in empathy, structure, and real-world application. Paulette is dedicated to empowering diverse voices, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring students feel seen, supported, and prepared for success.
