Judith Springer, Pys.D., is a licensed psychologist who has spent her career helping children, adolescents and adults to develop emotional and social intelligence skills, and aiding them in creating effective groups with a genuine sense of community. These goals have been pursued across a variety of settings:
- Counseling school psychologist and peer leadership program advisor in a public high school
- Co-founder and former co-director of Anytown, NJ (a teen leadership and prejudice prevention program)
- Former faculty member of the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University
- Fellow of the Center for Applied Psychology at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP) at Rutgers University
- Licensed psychologist in private practice
- Program director of the Ceceilyn Miller Institute for Leadership and Diversity
