Dr. Brian V. Carolan
Associate Dean of The Graduate School
Dr. Brian V. Carolan is Interim Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Quantitative Research Methods. Prior to his appointment as Interim Associate Dean, Carolan served as Deputy Chair in the Department of Educational Foundations. He received his B.A. in Sociology from Rutgers University, M.Phil in Sociology from Columbia University, and his Ph.D. in Sociology and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University in 2004.
Jeffrey is responsible for the recruitment of graduate students in The College of the Arts and The College of Education and Human Services.
Application Processing Specialist
Patricia is responsible for processing all application data for graduate admissions at Montclair State University. Patricia also serves as a contact for questions related to application materials and facilitates timely completion of graduate applications.
Graduate Student Services Specialist
Caren is a member of the front-line customer service team, and assists students at the front desk. Caren also provides administrative support for various office initiatives.
Nicole is responsible for functions related to new and continuing students’ enrollment. Nicole oversees the New Student Orientation and The Graduate Development Conference.
Application Process Specialist
Yema is responsible for processing all application data for graduate admissions at Montclair State University. Yema also serves as a contact for questions related to application materials and facilitates timely completion of graduate applications.
Associate Director of The Graduate School
Bryan oversees the Doctoral admissions process for all applicants and assists Doctoral Program Directors throughout all stages of the admissions cycle. Additionally, Bryan oversees the admissions and recruitment team of The Graduate School, managing the staff and providing oversight of all related activities and initiatives.
Assistant Director of Admissions
Jennifer oversees the admission function of the office, including making initial decisions and working with graduate program coordinators in accordance with Graduate Council policy.
Lynn Marie Peluso
Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruiting
Lynn is responsible for the recruitment of graduate students and managing on-campus and off-campus recruitment programs.
Graduate Student Services Coordinator
Stacy manages all aspects of the graduate assistantship program and serves as advisor for both the Graduate Student Organization, and the graduate student honor society, Alpha Epsilon Lambda. She also coordinates the dissertation process for all University doctoral programs.
Academic Services Coordinator
Debbie oversees functions related to students’ academic matriculation from the admission stages through final audit.
Isabella is responsible for the recruitment of graduate students in The College of Humanities and Social Services, The College of Science and Mathematics, and The Feliciano School of Business.
Associate Director for Technology
Michael manages all technology-related functions for the department.
