What doesn’t WESS do?

While the information provided through WESS is designed to enhance your academic program and help you select your courses, it does not replace advisement. As a graduate student you are required to:

  • Meet with your Graduate Program Coordinator during your first semester of graduate study.
  • Apply manually for a Final Audit with the Registrar before graduating. Please make note of the Final Audit deadlines for graduation, as submission due date may be as early as seven months prior to graduation.
  • Monitor your records and meet all program requirements.
  • Monitor your account balances so that holds won’t be made against your accounts.
  • Withdraw from the classes you won’t be attending.
  • Get approval for all course substitution forms from the Graduate Program Coordinator and The Graduate School.
