Mission

• Resources - Often, what happens outside of the classroom can have a tremendous impact on a student's ability to succeed in the classroom. We focus on ensuring that important resources and services are available to meet graduate student needs.
   
• Student Development - Professional and personal development are integral components of the graduate school experience. We work to assess the needs of students in this area and then develop programs (i.e. career exploration, time management) to meet those needs. We also offer academic programs to complement the classroom experience (i.e. writing & research skills, learning in group settings).
   
• Student Satisfaction & Retention - One of our primary goals is to measure graduate student satisfaction in order to enhance resources and improve student satisfaction. We also plan to look at the issues that affect graduate student retention, with the hopes of increasing the number of students that complete their degree program.
