Master of Arts Degree in Child Advocacy

ADMISSIONS

In order to gain admission into the program students must meet the following criteria:

  • Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.0 in their undergraduate major
  • Meet or exceed the standards for the Graduate Record Exam (GRE) as required for admission to our graduate programs.
  • Complete an interview by a committee of faculty teaching in the program
  • Include a writing sample to be completed at the time of the interview

In addition, students must meet all standards set by the Office of Graduate Admissions & Support Services for admission to a graduate program.

DEADLINES

Credentials are processed as soon as they are received. This program does not have a specific deadline; however, the Office of Graduate Admissions & Support Services recommends that students submit their credentials as far in advance as possible from the semester they plan to begin their studies to ensure a timely review of their application.
