Graduate Council Meetings for the 2010-2011 Academic Year are held on Wednesdays at 3:30 PM in the President’s Conference Room in College Hall. Meeting dates are:

10/13, 11/10, 12/15, 1/26, 2/9, 3/9, 4/6, 5/4

The review schedule requests that all curriculum or policy proposals be submitted to Barbara Ritola. Before full Graduate Council review, all proposals will be evaluated by the appropriate subcommittee. The subcommittee may request modifications to the document prior to review by the full Graduate Council.

Curriculum review will be conducted according to the following schedule:

**October 20, 2010 = Last day for program alterations to be effective Fall 2011 with guaranteed input into SIS.

*** November 24, 2010 = Last day for program alterations submissions to be effective Fall 2011 but will require use of paper audits rather than entry into SIS. All alterations received after this date will carry a Fall 2012 effective date.

Please note that to be effective Fall 2011, curriculum proposals must be approved by Graduate Council at the Dec 15th meeting.
