Tuition Waiver Deadlines
Applications for Tuition Waivers are processed by provisions in the NJ State Agreements with the various bargaining units and in accordance with Montclair State University policy.
All applications for Managerial and AFT employees MUST be submitted to the Division of Human Resources (Overlook Corp. Center, 150 Clover Road - 3rd Floor, Little Falls, NJ 07424) by the applicable due date*, attention to Zoila Rosario (firstname.lastname@example.org, ext. 7138) Please be aware, there are NO EXCEPTIONS for late submissions.
*Fall Semester –August 10
Winter Session -December 6
Spring Semester -January10
Summer Sessions –May 15
NOTE: Beginning of the fall semester, Tuition Waiver cards will no longer be distributed. Upon receipt of a completed application, the Division of Human Resources will notify the employee via email regarding the employee's eligibility for the Tuition Waiver Program.

- Tuition Waiver Policy: Dependent Children, Spouses, and Parties to a Civil Union (CWA – Local 1031)
