To request a conference call with external users or a conference call with more than 6 users.
Requests should be made 3 business days prior, to the meeting time through the IT Service Desk.
Indicate the following:
Date of your call.
Beginning time and ending time.
Name of individual who will host the call.
Extension number
Department finance code: for proper billing allocation.
