Gov. James E. McGreevey was the
principal speaker at PharmFest, a day-long event that gave students the
opportunity to learn
about the future of the pharmaceutical industry and hear firsthand how
to succeed from
professionals in the field.
The day included a morning keynote
address by Bob Franks, president, HealthCare Institute of New Jersey;
a panel discussion; a career fair; a luncheon keynote by MSU alumna Barbara
Brummer, worldwide vice president of woman's health for Johnson &
Johnson; a variety of roundtable and workshop sessions; and a science
informatics seminar.
