-The 2002 Commencement will be held Friday, May 24, at the Continental Airlines Arena. Members of the academic community who plan on marching in the academic procession must complete the information form, distributed via inter-office mail, and send it to the University Bookstore by April 5. Ordered regalia can be picked up at the Bookstore from May 20 through May 23 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or at the Arena on May 24. A signature is required at the time of pick-up and return.
-The Montclair State University Child Care Center will be celebrating the Week of the Young Child, April 8-12. On April 10-12, the Center is sponsoring a book fair in Russ Hall, Kops Lounge. A large selection of children's books as well as teacher and parent resources will be available. Hours are 5-7:30 p.m. April 10, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. April 11, and 8 a.m.-2 p.m. April 12.
