  There is no cost to attend.  First come, first serve.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION
Mondays 1:00- 2:00 pm
Find your way to peace of mind, ease of living, clarity and joy.  Open to all who are
interested in learning about meditation and developing mindfulness in daily life.

 
  RECOVERY ROOM
Tuesdays 3:00-4:00pm
The Recovery Room is an informal group whose primary purpose is for students who self-identify as recovering from alcohol and other drugs, or seeking recovery resources, to network and to support one another in a safe environment, while in college.  Students in need of professional counseling services will be referred to CAPS. This group is only open to Montclair State University students who are currently in recovery from alcohol or other drugs, or actively seeking recovery resources. 
**Please note, people looking to observe in order to fulfill academic requirements or for any other reason will NOT be permitted.

   YOGA
  Wednesdays 10:30 am- 11:30 am
Mixed level flow with Ariel.  Continue your journey every Wednesday.  All levels welcomed.


STRESS FREE ZONE
  Wednesdays 12:30pm-2:00 pm
Are you looking for a way to unwind and relax? Every week there will be a different student-led activity including crafts, painting, writing, dancing and much more!


CONNECTING ACROSS CULTURES
Thursdays 3:00-4:00 pm
Join us for conversation, tea and an opportunity to make new connections and talk about multicultural experiences at Montclair State University and beyond.
