Weekly Workshops are held in the Drop In Center (little red cottage next to the Student Center)
and begin the week of January28th unless otherwise noted.
  There is no cost to attend.  First come, first serve.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION **
Mondays 1:00- 2:00 pm
Find your way to peace of mind, ease of living, clarity and joy.  Open to all who are
interested in learning about meditation and developing mindfulness in daily life.

   STRESS FREE ZONE
Arts and Crafts: Wednesdays 12:00am-2:00 pm
Are you looking for a way to unwind and relax? Come and go as you please for hours of unstructured, stress-free activities.  Plus, every week there will be a different student-led activity hour from 1:00-2:00pm including crafts, painting,  writing, dancing and much more!

  RECOVERY ROOM
Wednesdays 3:00-4:00pm
The Recovery Room is an informal group whose primary purpose is for students who self-identify as recovering from alcohol and other drugs, or seeking recovery resources, to network and to support one another in a safe environment, while in college.  Students in need of professional counseling services will be referred to CAPS. This group is only open to Montclair State University students who are currently in recovery from alcohol or other drugs, or actively seeking recovery resources. 
Please note, people looking to observe in order to fulfill academic requirements or for any other reason will NOT be permitted.


CONNECTING ACROSS CULTURES
Thursdays 3:00-4:00 pm
Join us for conversation, tea and an opportunity to make new connections and talk about multicultural experiences at Montclair State University and beyond.

YOGA BASICS**
Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00PM
Center for Faith & Spirituality, Student Center, Suite 112
Open level class offering a range of yoga poses and gentle flow.  Proper alignment, breath awareness, and meditation techniques will be incorporated.  Class is free and open to MSU students, staff, and faculty.  Please bring your own yoga mat.
