Vincent Dance Theatre takes Peak Performances to Motherland this weekend in the Kasser.

Calling Motherland a show with "powerful moments", The New York Times has joined a growing crowd of audience members and critics who have been wowed by this powerfully moving American Premiere by choreographer Charlotte Vincent. Read Gia Kourlas' review in the 10/19 New York Times, and join us for our remaining two shows.

Motherland runs Saturday night at 8pm and Sunday afternoon at 3pm at the Alexander Kasser Theater. All seats are $20, and are available online at peakperfs.org, by phone at 973-655-5112, or at the Alexander Kasser Theater box office. MSU Undergrads receive one ticket to every event at no additional cost through the Performing Arts Fee, and may reserve their seats at the Kasser box office with their valid student ID.

Bonus event! - Join us after the Saturday, 10/19 performance of Motherland as Liz Lerman, 2002 MacArthur Fellow and choreographer, leads an interactive discussion with Charlotte Vincent, artistic director of Vincent Dance Theatre. Lerman will facilitate the dialogue using her Critical Response Process for constructive feedback and two-way questions between audience and artist.
