Last spring, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) conducted a user satisfaction survey to collect feedback on the products and services provided by ORSP. The survey was made available online to all Montclair State University administrators, faculty and staff between May 9, 2013 and June 24, 2013.
ORSP is pleased to announce its survey results. Analyzing these responses against the initial baseline survey conducted in 2011 provided ORSP with information about services that are considered most valuable, services that are are the most and least familiar to users, highlighted distinct areas of improvement, and identified services needing improvement.
ORSP is grateful to all responders for taking the time to participate and for providing feedback to ORSP that will again prove invaluable in assessing and improving ORSP services to the MSU community.
