Starts March 19th!
A great class whether you’re just starting out new to exercise, or are looking for a great workout to help strengthen, tone and firm your body. The 7 week program will focus on abs, arms, glutes, hips and thighs and will be a fun mix of cardio, light weights, and boxing moves. Safety and form are emphasized so you get all the benefits of the exercises. Help get fit and stay in shape while improving strength, fitness, flexibility and coordination. Please be sure to bring a mat, towel and water, light weights (2-8lbs) are recommended, but optional.
