Permit Registration Information and Dates for the Upcoming Academic Year!

Dear Montclair State University Faculty and Staff,

Below you will find important information about campus parking including the permit registration schedule. 

Some Exciting Highlights!

  • Lots 19 & 20A will be combined, restriped and increased by over 50 spaces!
  • An updated parking map can be found at www.montclair.edu/parking.

Before you register, remember:

·         Review your Permit Options online before registering.

·         Read the Parking Regulations – some things may have changed since last year.

·         View the Parking Map to understand the campus layout before the start of the semester.

·         You may register up to four (4) vehicles – only one (1) registered vehicle is allowed on campus at any given time.

·         If you wish to change or delete vehicles associated with your account please email or contact us to make the adjustments.

It is the responsibility of all who purchase a parking permit, to read and abide by the Parking Regulations, and to ensure that all vehicle information is up-to-date.

Schedule for Faculty/Staff Parking Registration

On the date designated on the chart below, you may register for parking by going to our webpage at www.montclair.edu/parking  and selecting “Obtain a Permit”.  Please remember you will receive a repositionable hangtag this year and please ensure your license plate number is correctly entered.

*Red Hawk Deck Parking is in high demand and is limited in quantity.  Current parkers will be notified of the renewal process by email. New sales will begin on August 1, 2014.
**Departments with Red Hawk Deck Permits will be forwarded a separate email from the Director’s Office.
