Office of Research and Sponsored Programs Workshop: "Locating Funding Opportunities using COS/PIVOT"

The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) is now offering PIVOT to the MSU community.  Pivot is the leading web-based resource and provides the most comprehensive global source of public and private funding opportunities, as well as identifying researcher expertise from within or outside of the University from millions of scholarly profiles worldwide.

ORSP is excited to offer the first information session on this important new resources for interested faculty and staff. The session will cover:

  • Navigating the Pivot Homepage

  • Conducting, saving searches, and setting up automatic e-mail notification based on your saved searches

  • Tracking and sharing funding opportunities with your colleagues

  • Searching scholarly profiles within the university and outside the university to identify potential collaborators for your project
