Dance for Darfur, 4/25

The worst human rights atrocities of the 21st century have been occurring in Darfur, Sudan as the government-sponsored paramilitaries are said to have killed more than a quarter of a million Blacks and displaced 2.5 million who have fled to refugee camps in neighboring countries.  President Bush has declared these killings a genocide.

On Wednesday night, April 25, there will be a "Dance for Darfur" held at the Student Center Rathskellar from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Admission is free -- there will be food, music and raffle prizes.  Donations are appreciated and will be given to Doctors Without Borders, an organization working in the refugee camps.

The "Dance for Darfur" is hosted by STAND: A Student Anti-Genocide Coalition.  For more information contact Mark Berenson. STAND Faculty Advisor, 973-655-6857, email: berensonm@mail.montclair.edu
