Montclair State University's Department of Theatre and Dance's 1999-2000 series continues with British playwright Michael Frayn's Tony Award-winning comedy, "Noises Off." It will be presented in Memorial Auditorium on Nov. 11-13 and 18-20 at 8 p.m.; Nov. 14 at 2 p.m. and Nov. 19 at 1 p.m.
Chaos abounds in this farce-within-a-farce when the missed cues and misunderstandings of a touring company result in a real life fiasco. Absolutely everything goes wrong in this three-act slapstick comedy, which includes a backstage view of a disastrous performance of an English sex farce, "Nothing On."
