Advocating for children with elected officials and policy makers is a
rewarding career. However, success depends on having clarity about the
current status of our political and economic systems, knowing the best
methods to use and coordinating them successfully, knowing your audience
and crafting your message the right way.
Anthony Solari, Executive Director of Wynona’s House, Essex County’s
Child Advocacy Center will discuss these and other issues of importance
to those considering a career as an advocate for children in the public
realm.
