  • There is no cost to attend. First-come, first-serve.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mondays: 1-2 p.m*

Find your way to peace of mind, ease of living, clarity and joy. Open to all who are
interested in learning about meditation and developing mindfulness in daily life.

*Begins on Monday, September 18


Fireside Chat

Tuesdays 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Thursdays: 1-2 p.m.

Join us for a cup of tea and meet new people in an informal and relaxed setting.


Recovery Room

Tuesdays: 3-4:30 p.m.

The Recovery Room is an informal and confidential group for students who want to explore their relationship with alcohol and other drugs, self-identify as recovering from alcohol and other drugs, or seeking recovery resources, to network and to support one another in a safe environment, while in college. Students in need of professional counseling services will be referred to CAPS. This group is only open to Montclair State University students who are currently in recovery from alcohol or other drugs, or actively seeking recovery resources.
**Please note: People looking to observe in order to fulfill academic requirements or for any other reason will NOT be permitted.


Studio DIY

Wednesdays: 12:30-2 p.m.

Each week come on by for some fun Do-It-Yourself activities. DIY features a new craft, art project or activity. We provide all the materials you need, all you need to bring is yourself! (Note: Space is limited and supplies on a first-come-first-served basis.)


Connecting Across Cultures

Thursdays: 3-4 p.m.

Join us for conversation, tea and an opportunity to make new connections and talk about multicultural experiences at Montclair State University and beyond.
