Deadlines For Filing an Application for Final Audit in the Office of the Registrar:

• March 1, 1999 - Deadline for filing for August 1999 conferment and/or certification
• June 1, 1999 - Deadline for filing for January 2000 conferment and/or certification
• October 1, 1999 - Deadline for filing for May 2000 conferment and/or certification
• March 15 - April 26 - Applications for New Jersey certificates must be completed in the Office of the Registrar between these dates. Fee is payable by check or money order only. Allow approximately 20 minutes to complete paperwork.
• May 14, 1999 - Deadline for completion of degree/ certification requirements for May 1999 conferment is May 14, 1999. Any out- standing documentation (transcripts from other institutions, grade changes, and other credentials) must be on file in the Office of the Registrar by May 14, 1999.

Information regarding the Commencement Ceremony will be mailed to all August 1998 and January 1999 graduates, and all May 1999 and August 1999 candidates approximately April 1, 1999 from the Office of Community Relations and Special Events. Included with this mailing will be information on ordering caps and gowns which is handled through the University Bookstore
