Enough about breaking the glass ceiling--we need to redesign the building, for women and men, from the bottom up. The goal is not just more women in power, but more power to all women and other groups who have been shortchanged by the Big Boys. Along with the rationale for a feminist future, Ellen Bravo will provide tips on how to get there.
