Universal Ballet of Korea at MSU May 7

The critically acclaimed Universal Ballet, Korea's premier classical ballet company, will grace the Memorial Auditorium stage at Montclair State University on Sunday, May 7, at 7 p.m. The Company, known for its lavish productions, will present the Korean fairy tale, "Shim Chung -- The Blindman's Daughter."

The Company has received praise from every quarter. Clive Barnes of the New York Post said that "all the dancers embody the identical concept of classical style, the identical sense of placement, line, technical finesse. Whatever their individual talent or training, they speak the same language of movement -- an amazing achievement." The Company was "simply sensational," Oxford Review added while the Los Angeles Times called their performance "an amazing achievement."

Standard tickets to the Great Events series performance are $25. Tickets for seniors, students, MSU faculty, staff, alumni and children are $15. For further information and to order tickets, call the MSU Box Office at (973) 655-5112.
