Montclair State University is once again administering the Miller Analogies Test (MAT). Academic Needs Assessment has been licensed by The Psychological Corporation as a Controlled Testing Center and will begin administering the test as of October, 2000.
The MAT is a standardized test taken by many students applying to graduate programs. At MSU, several graduate programs accept the MAT as an admission requirement.
The MAT will be administered about twice each month. Tests are scheduled for:
Thursday, October 12, 2000, 6:00 pm
Saturday, October 28, 2000, 9:00 am
Thursday, November 9, 2000, 6:00 pm
Thursday, December 14, 2000, 6:00 pm
Saturday, December 23, 2000, 9:00 am
The test fee is $60.00 per test session.
ANA will administer the test; all scoring and reporting will be done by The Psychological Corporation.
Candidates MUST pre-register for the test by paying the test fee of $60.00 in the Cashier's Office. Registration Forms may be obtained by contacting Academic Needs Assessment at 973-655-4476, or from the office in Morehead Hall, room 305.
The test location will be provided in the confirmation letter that will be mailed to candidates after we receive the registration fee.
