Washington , DC (9/28/08) – Coming off their 1-0 victory over No. 14 TCNJ on Saturday, the Montclair State women's soccer team extended its winning streak to three as Symone Seldon( Trenton, NJ / Ewing) and Natalia Sisti ( Lincoln Park, NJ / DePaul) each scored in the final 11 minutes for a 2-1 victory over Catholic University on Sunday.

Six minutes later, Sisti scored the winning goal for Montclair State in the 85th minute off an assist from Liza Offreda (East Rutherford, NJ / Midland Park).

Defensively, Tere Rossi ( Annandale, Va./ Falls Church) made four saves on seven shots, while the offensive attack of the Cardinals forced MSU keeper Leah Tepperman ( North Andover, MA / North Andover) to make six saves on 14 shots.

CUA held the advantage in most of the statistical categories, including corner kicks (7-1) and shots (14-7).

Montclair State returns to action on Wednesday, October 1 as they host Kean University at Sprague Field beginning at 7:00 pm.
