The trans-disciplinary PhD program, the only of its kind in New Jersey and one of the very few in the United States, prepares students in both Environmental Science and Policy/Regulations.
Research areas include (but are not limited to):
- Environmental Quality and Remediation
- Earth Systems Science
- Spatial Analysis/Remote Sensing
- Sustainable Development
- Environmental Assessment
Students with backgrounds in Natural and Physical Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Public / Business Administration, Political Science, etc. are encouraged to apply.
