Students at Montclair State are encouraged to explore all the options when it comes to meeting their educational expenses, including federal work study programs, loans, and scholarships. The starting point is to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  To expedite processing, click here to read tips on avoiding commonly made mistakes.

Additionally, Montclair State students are eligible to apply for a number of undergraduate scholarships. Visit the alumni scholarships page to find out how you can apply.

Montclair State students can also take advantage of opportunities to cover on-campus housing expenses by joining the Emergency Medical Services team or by joining Residential Education and Services.
