XXII Latin American and Spanish Conference, 4/12

The Department of Spanish/Italian (The College of Humanities and Social Science) will host the XXII Latin American and Spanish conference, April 12, 2002, 9:30am - 5:00pm, Student Center's Ballrooms.

Speakers from Latin American and Spain:
Ricardo Piglia a novelist from Argentina
Carmen Boullosa a writer from Mexico
Dolores Prida a Latina playwright
And poets Antonio Garrido and Olvido Garc'ia from Spain.

Also professors from different American universities will come to read papers about Latin American and Spanish culture and literature.

Registration fee is $25 is required. Checks are payable to "Latin American and Spanish Conference, MSU." Registrants can pay the same day at the door or send a check to
