After a Red Hawk shot was deflected out of bounds, Sean Tyree (Somerset, NJ / South Brunswick) sent a corner kick to the far post. The ball was headed down in front of the goal mouth, and after a scramble, found the right foot of Pytlar who deposited the game-winner.
Freshman Adam Friedman (Chester, NJ/West Morris Menham) had three saves for the Lions, while Teddy Ritter (Belford, NJ/Middletown North) needed only three stops to earn his eighth win of the season.
