Baryshnikov In 'Forbidden Christmas' Opens Montclair State's Alexander Kasser Theater

Montclair State University celebrates the grand opening of The Alexander Kasser Theater Oct. 7, 8 and 9 at with the exclusive New Jersey presentation of "The Forbidden Christmas or The Doctor and The Patient," written, directed and designed by Rezo Gabriadze and featuring Mikhail Baryshnikov, Jon Devries, Gregory Mitchell, Pilar Witherspoon and Yvonne Woods. Produced by The Baryshnikov Dance Foundation, "Forbidden Christmas" received its world premiere at The Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis in May 2004 with subsequent performances at The Spoleto Festival USA, The University of California, Berkeley, and The Lincoln Center Festival.
