Hoboken, NJ (3/23/11) - The Montclair State men's lacrosse game at Stevens on Wednesday evening was suspended due to lightning and heavy rain and hail that made playing conditions unplayable at DeBaun Field. At the time, Stevens was leading 7-1 with 1:20 remaining in the first quarter.

The game will be resumed on Thursday, March 24 at 7:00 pm from the point of interruption.

The Ducks jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the firs 1:54 of the game and added a fourth goal with 10:19 to play in the first period. Senior Bobby Sinicola (North Caldwell, NJ / West Essex) got the Red Hawks on the board with an unassisted tally just under a minute later, however Stevens tacked on three more scores before Mother Nature took over and forced the suspension of the contest.
