Yesterday Montclair State University's Office of Information Technology received email notification from a support engineer at Verizon Enterprise Services stating that the routing problems affecting Verizon residential DSL customers for the past two weeks have at last been resolved. The University is still waiting for an official statement from Verizon management summarizing the problem and its resolution.
OIT sincerely hopes that all Verizon DSL customers affected by the company's routing troubles are now able to access all Montclair State computing resources. If anyone is still experiencing a problem the course of action, as before, is to call Verizon DSL tech support.
