Senyszyn Selected NJAC Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

Montclair, NJ (10/10/11) – Junior forward Rachel Senyszyn (Succasunna/Roxbury) was named the New Jersey Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Monday. It is the third conference weekly honor for Senyszyn as she was twice named Rookie of the Week during her first campaign in 2008.

Senyszyn helped Montclair State stretch its winning streak to four games as the Red Hawks went 2-0. Senyszyn scored the game-winner in both victories as her goal, the first of the game, proved to be enough in an 8-0 win at CCNY. She also added an assist in the game. She then scored the go-ahead goal with 24:07 remaining as Montclair defeated Richard Stockton for the first time since 2006 with a 2-1 win on the road.

Senyszyn is currently third on the team in points with 12 and second in assists with four.
