Dr. Eloy Rodriguez, the James A. Perkins Professor of Chemical Biology and Environmental Studies at Cornell University, will present his latest finding on natural substances that inhibit breast cancer cells and a variety of parasites involved in malaria, dengue and other infectious diseases that plague tropical regions of the world. Dr. Rodriguez will also highlight discoveries by undergraduate and graduate students that were selected to participate in drug discovery research in remote parts of the tropical world.
