Zalewski Tabbed NJAC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week

Montclair, NJ (10/31/11) – Junior goalkeeper Kevin Zalewski (Parsippany, NJ / Parsippany) was selected as the New Jersey Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Monday.

Zalewski had a hand in all three goals helping Montclair State to a pair of wins as the Red Hawks wrapped up the regular-season with pair of wins while also clinching the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the upcoming NJAC Tournament. Zalewski scored the game's lone goal with 11 minutes remaining as Montclair State edged NYU-Polytechnic, 1-0 on the road last Monday. He then assisted on the first and scored the second as MSU defeated Ramapo 2-1 also on the road.

Zalewski is curently ranked fifth in the NJAC in points scored with 24 and goals (11) while ranking second in game-winning tallies with six.
