Mindfulness Meditation
Mondays 1:00- 2:00 pm
Find your
way to peace of mind, ease of living, clarity and joy.
Open to all who are interested in learning about
meditation and developing mindfulness in daily life.
The Planet
Mondays 4:00- 5:00 pm
The Planet is an opportunity for students to gather to discuss the
culture surrounding lesbian, bisexual, and queer identified women.
Join us for a café style gathering over tea and coffee as we explore
the complicated yet wonderful world of women who love women. The
Planet is a trans friendly and inclusive space.
Recovery Room
Tuesdays 4:00-5:00 pm
The
Recovery Room is a confidential, non judgmental and
safe space for students to meet other students in
recovery. It will serve as an informal group whose
primary purpose is for students in recovery from
alcohol or other drugs to be able network and be
supportive to one another while in college. This is
not an AA or NA meeting; it is simply a networking
group. This group is for students who self-identify as
being in recovery. Students in need of professional
counseling services will be referred to CAPS.
Stress Free Zone
Wednesdays 1:00-2:00 pm
Are you looking for a way to
unwind and relax? Come join this workshop and learn
different tools and techniques to help relieve your
stress. Every week will be a different activity
including crafts, painting, writing, dancing and much
more!
Connecting Across Cultures
Thursdays 3:00-4:00 pm
Join us for conversation, tea and an opportunity to
make new connections an talk about multicultural
experiences at Montclair State University and beyond.

Kaileidescope
Wednesdays 4:00-5:00 pm
Kaleidoscope
is a group aimed at providing a safe space for LGBT identified students
of color and allies. The group will feature weekly discussion topics
and support in affirming a non-judgmental environment. All students are
welcome to attend.
*Yoga Basics
Thursdays 5:00-6:00 (begins February 2)

Open
level class, which offered a range of
yoga posed and gentle flow. Proper
alignment, breath awareness, and
meditation techniques will be
incorporated. Space is limited and on
a first come basis.
