In memory of Ezra Abraham, a former Montclair State student who died October 13, 2005 from Rhabdomyosarcoma, a rare pediatric cancer, the "To Life" Foundation will be holding a "Cabaret for Ezra" Thursday, March 9, Reception begins at 9 p.m., followed by 10 p.m. performance, in Memorial Auditorium.
The Cabaret will begin with a reception followed by 18 musical theatre acts performed by MSU students and alumni. There is a $5 ticket charge. Tickets can be purchased at the Memorial Auditorium box office at 9 p.m. on March 9. All are welcome.
The Cabaret is sponsored by the MSU Theatre Department, Theta Alpha Phi and the "To Life" Foundation. All proceeds will be donated to The Ezra Abraham "To Life" Foundation which supports Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Research, The Children's Inn at N.I.H., Chai Lifeline, Sephardic Bikur Holim, Kids Kicking Cancer, and The Ezra Abraham Memorial Fund at Montclair State.
