Montclair, NJ (8/17/06) – Senior righthander Michael Vicaro began his professional career and did not have to stray to far from Yogi Berra Stadium to do it as he inked a contract with the New Jersey Jackals of the Can-Am League. Vicaro, who helped the Red Hawks to a fourth-place finish at the NCAA Division III World Series in May, became the fourth MSU player to sign with the Jackals since the club began in 1998.
