A leading expert on sibling relationships, rivalry agression and abuse, Jonathan Caspi, Ph.D., draws on an interdisciplinary range of social science disciplines, including sociology, social work, education and developmntal psychology to explore family life.
As Director of the PhD program in Family Studies he also conducts research and training on clinical social work supervision and field instruction.
Caspi is the author of Sibling Aggression Treatment and Sibling Development: Implications for Mental Health Practitioners, as well as the co-author of Educational Supervision in Social Work: A Task-Centered Model for Field Instruction and Staff Development, which was published by Columbia University Press.
