First-Year Advising

First Year Counselors advise students on ways to explore their options and to achieve their personal and academic goals.  Your First-Year Counselor will work with you to clarify your interests and career goals, and to develop a greater awareness of your skills and abilities. By working in partnership with your First Year Counselor you will become educated on University policies and procedures, make use of campus resources, and become a successful student and an independent learner.
