‌The OneMontclair program is currently replacing outdated administrative systems that have served as the primary business and information platforms for Budget and Planning, Finance, Human Resources, and Student and Campus Services.

By advancing the overall operations of the University, OneMontclair is helping each of us work better and smarter, and improve services to our customers. This initiative have given the University the opportunity to integrate and streamline processes across the campus. The new systems interface seamlessly making our activities more efficient and practical while providing a higher quality of service to all we serve.

BUDGET AND PLANNING

OneMontclair has fully implemented Adaptive Planning. This is a web-based budgeting application with many features to aid in developing budgets. It is used for collecting your annual budget submissions (Budget Call). Adaptive is especially helpful to division heads with oversight of multiple budgets.
