25Live is a web-based event scheduling tool. This application also provides space and resource management capabilities.
Only those with a valid University netID and password are able to log into 25Live to view space availability. Simply visit the 25Live Log in page and click on sign in. If you do not already have an account, one will be automatically created for you.
Yes, you can. You can find rooms based on any available feature (projectors, microphones, sound playback, etc.), capacity, and layout (classroom, seminar, conference, bowl, etc.). From the list created you will be able to see availability and easily schedule the right room at the right time.
Yes. You can request ongoing events in a weekly pattern, monthly, or ad hoc pattern. You can also copy events that are similar to save some data entry effort. It is also possible to relate events to each other for easier management. For example, a lecture can be related to a reception – separate events with separate needs but conveniently connected
University Scheduling will respond to all requests in the order they were received although confirmation may take longer depending on the room requested, date or time of your event. If your request is for a classroom, you may need to wait until all classes have been scheduled. You will be able to track the status of your request through 25Live
Yes. You can change or edit events yourself if they have not been confirmed – or those that are in a “draft” state (Event Status). To cancel or change an event that has been confirmed please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes. When you are signed into 25Live, click on the Events tab/Custom Groups and select “Events You Have Requested.” You can also view all current and future events on the Home page by viewing Your Events or Your Drafts.
You can edit an event in the tentative state, not confirmed. Pull up your event and click on 'Edit this Event'.
You can't cancel or delete and event. You have to email 25live.
If your event passes and it was not processed, no, you do not have to cancel it. Our SLA is not in writing, but by word of mouth. It's 2 weeks from the time you input it, unless of course you put it months in advance, then it could be longer.
