Dear Faculty and Staff,

Registration Tools Go-Live

In preparation for fall 2016 registration beginning on Wednesday, April 13, the Banner Registration Tools are now available via NEST for our students.  Logging in via NEST with their University NetID and Password, students will now have access to:
  • See information about the upcoming fall 2016 registration including registration times;
  • View any of their holds;
  • View the fall 2016 University Catalog of Courses;
  • View the fall 2016 Schedule of Classes;
  • Look up classes.
When Registration begins on Wednesday, April 13, Students will be able to register for classes and add or drop classes as well as view their class schedule.

Faculty Support

In order to support Faculty Advisors during registration, Open Lab sessions will be available in University Hall Monday through Thursday at 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. in 5011 from April 11 through April 22 and staffed by members of the Registrar’s Office, Student Academic Services and OneMontclair teams to answer any questions you may have. Additional NEST Learning Aids and Registration FAQ’s are available here (accessible with your NetID and Password.)

Training classes are still being offered in Banner General Navigation, NEST and DegreeWorks

Student Support

Students are being communicated to regarding their multiple avenues of registration support.  The IT Service Desk, the Registrar’s Office and the Student Academic Services office will all be staffed to support students through Registration.  Additionally, a Student Registration Help Center will be created and staffed at Webster Hall and be available for any students to walk in for help.  The attached “How to Register for Classes” flier is also being distributed across campus and is also available here.
